Fr. Randy Tochtrop - Pastor
Father Randy grew up in his home parish of St. Joseph in Joesphville, MO. He attended the Catholic parish grade school and the St. Louis Preparatory Seminary North High School in St. Louis, furthering his studies at Cardinal Glennon College and St. Meinrad Seminary. Fr. Randy was ordained in November 1996 and came to Immaculate Conception Parish in Jackson in August 2020.
Meg Garner - Director of Youth and Family
After working for fifteen years at Notre Dame Regional High School in Guidance & Counseling and Campus Ministry, Meg Garner, a life-long member of Immaculate Conception parish, felt God calling her to a different path which eventually landed her here. As Director of Youth and Family Ministries, Meg’s love of youth and faith come together in the best way possible. Through the power and inspiration of the Holy Spirit and the intercession of the Blessed Mother, Meg loves helping bring teens and families closer together in faith and making disciples of Our Lord.
Kelly Mansfield - Office Manager
After much soul searching as a single gal in the early 90s, Kelly Mansfield converted to Catholicism from Presbyterian in 1994 under the direction of Sr. Charlene Barta. With the exception of 4 years, she has been a parishioner at Immaculate Conception ever since. Kelly earned business degrees from the University of South Carolina and Southeast Missouri State University. After over 25 years of bookkeeping and office management Kelly came to Immaculate Conception in December of 2011.
Michele Campbell - Principal
Our school principal, Michele Campbell, is in her 34th year of Catholic education. She started her teaching career at St. Joseph, Apple Creek, and was there for 14 years. The last four years there, she served as teacher and principal. She has also worked as principal and math teacher at St. Joseph, Scott City and Guardian Angel, Oran. Mrs. Campbell is grateful to now serve as principal of her grade school alma mater, Immaculate Conception. She is thankful to be able to dedicate her career to Catholic education.

Jerry Ganiel - Music Director
Jerry has been Music Director at Immaculate Conception for 17 years. Prior to this, he taught and performed in Thomasvile, GA, for 4 years and before that, ten years in the Orlando area where he gave tours at the Disney/MGM Studios and produced a children’s variety show on television.
